About the Role

Engineering Recruiter to support our clients in the US market

Location : Noida (Onsite)

Shift : EST/PST

Responsibilities :

An aggressive go-getter with positive attitude, good communication and excellent rapport building skills with a strong experience in US Engineering recruitment





Participate in the full cycle of recruitment starting from sourcing a resume to getting a candidate started on the project.

Responsible for creating a medium to the large-sized recruiting pipeline, meeting requirement targets and providing regular status reports.

Requirement:

Minimum 2-5 year of experience working in the US Staffing.

Have an experience with the Engineering domain while supporting on Semiconductor/Heavy Industry/Manufacturing/Automotive (Exp. with Direct/MSP clients.)

Understanding of various visa types and tax terms.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Goal-oriented, self-starter, team player and a quick learner.
