We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented US Engineering Recruiter to source and hire qualified engineering professionals for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage the complete US recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, submissions, interview coordination, oAer follow-up, and onboarding support.

 Recruit candidates across Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Automation, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and other engineering disciplines.

 Understand client requirements, technical skills, job responsibilities, locations, and project expectations.

 Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks.

 Conduct detailed screening calls to assess technical experience, communication skills, employment status, work authorization, location, availability, and compensation expectations.

 Work with US employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099.  Create Boolean search strings and develop role-specific sourcing strategies.

 Submit properly screened and qualified profiles within the required turnaround time.

 Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.

 Update candidate profiles, submissions, interview feedback, and recruitment activity in CEIPAL ATS.





 Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering professionals across the United States.

 Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

 Good understanding of US staAing and recruitment processes.

 Experience recruiting for engineering and technical positions.

 Solid knowledge of US work authorizations, including US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, OPT, and CPT.  Understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent hiring models.

 Hands-on experience with CEIPAL ATS is preferred.

 Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, resume databases, and Boolean searches.  Strong screening, negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.

 Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements, and achieve recruitment targets. Qualifications and Experience

 1–6 years of experience in US engineering or technical recruitment.

 Experience recruiting for manufacturing, automotive, industrial automation, medical devices, pharmaceutical, aerospace, energy, or related engineering industries is an advantage.

 Willingness to work during US business hours.
