Job responsibilities includes :

- Lead a team of 515 Full Stack Engineers to build and deliver enterprise digital products and cloud-native applications.
- Drive end-to-end application development across front-end, back-end, APIs, cloud, and DevSecOps.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Data & AI, UX, and business teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.
- Establish engineering best practices for secure coding, quality, testing, and CI/CD.
- Lead modernization of legacy applications using cloud-native architecture and microservices.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise technology standards.
- Champion Agile delivery, DevSecOps, automation, and operational excellence.




- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate profile :

- Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years in software engineering/full-stack development with 5+ years of people leadership experience.
- Robust expertise in React/Angular, Java/.NET/Node.js/Python, REST APIs, Azure/AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries is preferred.
