Profile : Engineering Manager Mutual Fund (Backend)

Experience: 8+ yrs.

Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end backend architecture and delivery for Mutual Fund platforms
- Design scalable microservices and APIs supporting fund transactions and reporting.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Operations, and Frontend teams.
- Drive best practices in backend engineering,system design, and cloud architecture.
- Lead, mentor, and scale backend engineering teams.
- Take accountability for delivery timelines, platform stability, and business KPIs.

What We Look For:

- 8+ years of experience in backend software engineering with 3+ years in engineering leadership roles.
- Strong experience designing and scaling financial or transaction-based systems.




- Proven expertise in backend architecture, microservices, and API design.
- Exposure to Mutual Fund, asset management, or BFSI platforms preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of computer science concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong inclination towards people growth, team development, and a growth mindset required to build high-performance engineering teams.

Backend: JAVA.

Frontend (Exposure): React.JS / Next.JS.

Database: MongoDB.

Cloud: AWS.
