Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Engineering Graduates located at the Hyderabad facility. The role involves supporting production processes, monitoring packaging and printing operations, and assisting in the implementation of manufacturing best practices.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams on process improvements, collecting and analyzing operational data, and contributing to quality control and compliance initiatives. Engineering graduates will also assist in project execution on the shop floor, help maintain equipment performance,



and participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills for effective collaboration with production, quality, and management teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot process issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Project Management abilities to assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring manufacturing and process improvement projects.
- Candidates should possess Manufacturing Engineering knowledge to understand production workflows, equipment usage, and packaging processes.
- Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering fundamentals to support machinery maintenance, process optimization, and equipment-related problem solving.
- Relevant skills such as basic understanding of printing/packaging technologies, familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP), and proficiency in MS Office or similar tools are beneficial.
- A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering disciplines is required; internships or academic projects in industrial or production environments are an advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow safety and compliance procedures, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting is expected.
