Key Responsibilities

- Perform calibration, validation, and maintenance of process instruments such as pressure gauges, transmitters, temperature sensors, flow meters, and control valves
- Ensure proper functioning of instrumentation systems in manufacturing and utility areas
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Maintain calibration records, logs, and documentation as per cGMP requirements
- Assist in qualification and validation of equipment (IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Coordinate with production and QA teams for smooth operations and compliance
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and control system issues (PLC/SCADA basics preferred)
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Support audits and inspections by maintaining audit-ready documentation
- Handle deviations, change controls, and CAPA related to instrumentation
