Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent Responsibilities Design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software

Collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, test engineers, and other teams

Design system-level software solutions

Obtain information on performance requirements and interfaces

Drive development and commercialization of the QAIRT SDK on Qualcomm SoCs

Optimize performance for large model inference





Deploy large C/C++ software stacks using best practices

Stay current with GenAI advancements

Understand LLMs, Transformers, and edge-based GenAI deployment

Support on-device inference without cloud connection

Run LLMs and LVMs at near GPU speeds with power efficiency Additional Responsibilities Use Qualcomm chips’ heterogeneous computing capabilities for on-device inference

Help developers run neural network models trained in a variety of frameworks on Snapdragon platforms

Work across a globally diverse team and multiple interests

Provide excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication

Deliver strong analytical and debugging work Nice To Have Strong understanding of SIMD processor architecture

Familiarity with Linux and Windows environment

Strong background in kernel development for SIMD architectures

Familiarity with frameworks like llama.cpp, MLX, and MLC

Good knowledge of PyTorch, TFLite, and ONNX Runtime

Experience with parallel computing systems
