Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to manage the electrical, mechanical, and plant maintenance activities in our Electric Motor Manufacturing Plant.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Maintenance
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Maintain LT panels, MCC panels, electrical wiring, motors, starters, and control circuits.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and restore machines with minimum downtime.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
- Maintain power distribution systems and electrical utilities.
Mechanical Maintenance
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery.
- Repair and maintain mechanical systems, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, and conveyors.
- Align and calibrate machines for optimum performance.
- Monitor machine health and reduce equipment breakdowns.
Plant Maintenance
- Ensure smooth operation of plant utilities and manufacturing equipment.
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain maintenance records, machine history cards, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Stores departments for maintenance activities.
- Ensure implementation of 5S practices in the maintenance department.
