Role & responsibilities

- Supervise pump house construction activities, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Monitor civil, structural, mechanical, and associated works to ensure quality and timely completion.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams for smooth project execution.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

- Verify quantities, prepare work progress reports, and support billing and measurement activities.

- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization to achieve productivity and cost targets.

- Identify and resolve site engineering and construction-related issues to minimize project delays.

- Conduct inspections for reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, equipment foundations, and installation works.

- Maintain site documentation, QA/QC records, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.

- Support successful project delivery by achieving quality, safety, cost, and schedule objectives.
