Please Note: This is a 100% commission-based role. There is no fixed salary or monthly payout.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen candidates as per the job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates until they successfully join.
- Maintain quality and timely profile submissions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of HR Recruitment experience.
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
- Access to a laptop and stable internet connection.
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based
