Job Summary

We are seeking experienced SAP AMS Managers with 8+ years of SAP experience in any one of the following modules: SAP MM, SAP SD, or SAP FI. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Application Management Services (AMS) projects, including SAP support, incident and problem management, change requests, service delivery, and stakeholder coordination.

The candidate should also have experience working with the domestic/Indian market and be capable of managing SAP support operations while ensuring timely resolution of business and technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support SAP AMS engagements for SAP MM, SAP SD, or SAP FI modules.
- Oversee day-to-day SAP application support activities and ensure adherence to agreed service levels.
- Manage and prioritize incidents, service requests, problems, enhancements, and change requests.
- Coordinate with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Monitor ticket queues, ageing, resolution timelines, and overall service performance.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and drive preventive and corrective actions.
- Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead service review meetings and provide regular status reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
- Ensure effective knowledge management, documentation,



and transition of support activities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
- Guide and mentor SAP support team members and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvements within the AMS landscape.

Required Skills and Experience

- Overall experience of 8+ years in SAP.
- Hands-on functional experience in at least one SAP module:
- SAP MM, or
- SAP SD, or
- SAP FI

- Mandatory experience in SAP AMS / Application Support / Managed Services projects.
- Experience in managing SAP support operations, ticketing processes, and service delivery.
- Strong understanding of:

- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Service Request Management
- SLA and KPI monitoring

- Experience working with clients in the domestic/Indian market.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced support environment.
- Experience in team handling or leading SAP support resources will be preferred.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in SAP MM, SAP SD, or SAP FI AMS engagements.
- Robust exposure to domestic client environments and Indian business processes.
- Experience managing SAP support teams, service delivery, and client communication.
- Candidates available to join immediately or within 45 days are preferred.
