The role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and engineering, enabling personalized, datadriven customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop automated customer journeys using Journey Builder
Build and customize email templates, landing pages, and forms
(AMPScript, HTML, CSS, SSJS)
Develop personalization logic using AMPScript and Agile Content
Integrate SFMC with other systems (CRM, data lakes, CDPs, APIs)
Manage data models using Contacts Builder & Data Extensions
Create and optimize SQL queries for segmentation and targeting
Implement Triggered Sends and transactional messaging
Support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of campaigns
Ensure data privacy, consent, and compliance (GDPR, CANSPAM, etc.)
Collaborate with marketers, CRM teams, and Salesforce developers
