- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of car loans and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify recent business opportunities through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts to expand the customer base.
- Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and make informed decisions on approval or rejection within the given timeframe.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries related to loan products, interest rates, repayment schedules, etc.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in auto loans, car loan, commercial vehicle loans, or similar financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of vehicle finance concepts including financing options, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls or face-to-face meetings.
