Bharti Vidyapeeth University, Pune is looking for an accomplished and dynamic skilled to lead our Training & Placement function.

Location:Pune
Experience: 1825 years
We are seeking a seasoned leader with proven experience in Training & Placement preferably within Law, Engineering, and Management institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the University's placement and corporate engagement strategy.
Build and strengthen relationships with leading corporates, law firms, consulting organizations, engineering companies, and industry partners.
Drive campus recruitment, internships, live projects, and industry collaborations.
Lead employability and career development initiatives, including training, mentoring, and placement readiness programs.




Enhance placement outcomes through strategic employer engagement and alumni networking.
Monitor placement performance, prepare MIS reports, and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.

Desired Profile:

Ph.D (Preferred), Master's degree in Management
18–25 years of relevant experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, or Campus Recruitment.
Strong network with recruiters across the Law, Engineering, and Management sectors.
Demonstrated success in driving placements, employer partnerships, and student career development.
Excellent leadership, communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
