- Santriya Technologies is seeking senior legal professionals to provide Fractional General Counsel services to banking, fintech, and technology clients.
- This is a senior, high-impact engagement delivering in-house GC-level advisory services without the commitment of a permanent hire.
- About the Role: Fractional General Counsel engagements are ideal for senior legal professionals who want to work across multiple clients and sectors, offering strategic legal and governance advisory at C-suite and board level.
- Engagements are structured as flexible retainers, part time arrangements, or project-based assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary legal advisor to executive leadership, boards, and shareholders of technology and banking clients
- Advise on commercial contracts, technology agreements, SaaS deals, licensing, and outsourcing arrangements
- Provide strategic legal guidance on regulatory compliance, FCA / PRA obligations, AML, and financial services law
- Oversee corporate governance frameworks, board policies, risk oversight structures, and director responsibilities
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, venture capital transactions, and corporate restructuring
- Lead legal risk management across technology deployments, AI governance,



data protection, and cybersecurity matters
- Manage and coordinate external legal counsel, specialist advisors, and international law firm relationships
- Draft and review board-level legal reports, risk registers, regulatory submissions, and investor communications
- Support HR, finance, and operations teams on employment law, data protection, and contractual matters
- Advise on intellectual property strategy, patent filings, trade mark protection, and open-source licensing
- Build and develop in-house legal capability including legal operations, contract management systems, and legal technology adoption
- Represent the company in regulatory interactions, negotiations, and dispute resolution processes What We Are Looking For:
- Experienced General Counsel or equivalent with 12+ years of PQE across technology, banking, or fintech
- Track record advising boards, investors, and C-suite leaders in complex regulated environments
- Strong commercial acumen combined with deep legal expertise across corporate, technology, and financial services law
- Experience working in a fractional, consulting, or advisory capacity is advantageous
