Role Summary:

The role involves engaging with patients visiting Medantas OPD (Outpatient Department) and their families to understand their post-hospitalization or at-home healthcare needs, and to pitch suitable Homecare services such as nursing, physiotherapy, medical equipment, diagnostics, and remote monitoring. The position requires robust communication skills, empathy, and the ability to convert patient interactions into service enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with OPD patients and their attendants to explain the range of Medanta Homecare services.
- Understand patients’ medical conditions and recommend relevant homecare solutions in consultation with doctors or nursing staff.
- Educate patients on the benefits, process, and cost of homecare services.
- Coordinate with the Homecare operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of patients.
- Maintain daily records of patient interactions, leads, and conversions.
- Support in generating leads from within the hospital ecosystem (OPD, pharmacy, labs, etc.).
- Achieve assigned targets for service enrollments and revenue.
- Build positive relationships with doctors, nursing staff, and internal teams to enhance referrals.
