Job Overview

Are you passionate about shaping futures and guiding students toward their dream careers? TeamLease EdTech is looking for agile, results-driven, and empathetic Student Counselors to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a trusted career advisor, helping students and working professionals choose the right educational programs and certifications to achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Career Counseling: Guide prospective students and working professionals regarding various higher education courses, degrees, and executive programs.
- Lead Conversion: Connect with prospects via inbound and outbound calls, understand their career aspirations, and map them to the right programs.
- End-to-End Admission Support: Handhold students through the entire admission process, from initial inquiry and documentation to final enrollment.
- Relationship Management: Maintain regular touchpoints with leads to build trust, resolve doubts, and drive successful enrollments.
- Target Achievement:



Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets while maintaining high-quality counseling standards.
- Database Management: Efficiently update and maintain student interactions and status updates in the CRM software.

Key Requirements & Skills

- Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecounseling, Academic Advising, Admissions, or Customer Support (EdTech experience is a huge plus).
- Communication: Flawless spoken and written English. Fluency in regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Traits: Strong active listening skills, high empathy, patience, and a persuasive negotiation style.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
