Role & responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the obstetrics and gynecology department.

• Assist in prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal care, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients.

• Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate clinical documentation of patients' progress and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Offer support and education to patients and their families on reproductive health, childbirth, and postpartum care.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to protocols.

• Provide emergency support and respond promptly to complications or urgent situations.

• Ensure the maintenance of a clean and safe setting in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Participate in the preparation and assistance during labor and delivery procedures.

• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in gynecological nursing.
