Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the revenue cycle process, including claims submission, payment posting, and denial management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle efficiency and reduce denials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and enhance cash flow.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the revenue cycle process.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Train and guide junior team members on revenue cycle procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing systems, claims processing, and payment posting.




- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
