*Job Summary*

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 2–5 years of experience in healthcare, medical services, surgical services, or diagnostic sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's medical surgical and non-surgical services, generating new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving assigned sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Promote and market the company's medical surgical and non-surgical healthcare services to prospective customers, consultants, and referral partners, clearly explaining the available treatment options and service offerings.

* Educate customers on non-surgical procedures, treatment packages, pricing, payment options, and associated advantages to help them make informed decisions.

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, doctors, consultants, and healthcare partners to ensure long-term engagement and trust.

* Conduct presentations and provide detailed information on the company's healthcare services, treatment plans, and patient care solutions.

* Generate patient referrals and develop strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals, corporate organizations, and institutions to drive business growth.

* Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.





* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and recommend appropriate strategies.

* Prepare accurate sales reports, maintain CRM records, and provide regular performance updates to management.

* Coordinate closely with the operations, customer support, and clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and an excellent patient experience.

*Required Qualifications*

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.

* 2–5 years of proven experience in healthcare, medical services, hospital marketing, surgical services, diagnostic services, or related sales.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Excellent presentation and customer engagement abilities.

* Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
