Sanskar Construction is looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with customers, promoting residential and commercial projects, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, references, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property site visits and project presentations.
- Follow up with prospective buyers until deal closure.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the marketing and management teams for lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, meetings, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update the CRM regularly.
- Represent Sanskar Construction professionally during client interactions.

Requirements




- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate or sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
