Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Email Marketing Executive role based in Dadri.

The Email Marketing

Executive will plan, build, and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional messages, and lifecycle journeys, to support client and internal marketing goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating email content and subject lines, segmenting audiences, scheduling sends, and coordinating with design and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, unsubscribe trends), and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.





The Email Marketing

Executive will also manage email lists, maintain data hygiene, ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations, conduct A/B tests, and stay current with best practices and tools in email marketing automation.

Qualifications

Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar) and basic understanding of marketing automation workflows.

Strong skills in email copywriting, subject line creation, and content optimization tailored to different audience segments.

Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and draw actionable insights to improve results.

Working knowledge of list management, segmentation, and data hygiene practices, with attention to data security and compliance.

Familiarity with basic HTML for email templates, responsive design principles, and cross-device compatibility (preferred).

Understanding of broader digital marketing concepts, including landing pages, lead nurturing, and integration with CRM systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with robust attention to detail and proofreading abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in email marketing or digital marketing, ideally within outsourcing, consulting, or B2B services, is an advantage.
