Job Type: Onsite (5 days of work) Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

- Perform research and intelligence gathering on prospects.
- Identify the target audience and grow our email list.
- Work with the team to prioritize efforts, refine selling marketing campaigns, and identify target market segments (Email Campaign Management).
- Create a database of emails for lead generation.
- Qualify and follow up with inquiries produced from marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Required Skills:




- Comfort with interacting with potential clients over email and interacting with Sales Teams.
- Knowledge of sales process and familiarity with a CRM preferably Zoho.
- Experience with an email marketing tool such as Zoho Campaigns is preferred.
- Able to locate information needed utilizing the web, LinkedIn, and other tools provided.
- Experience in lead generation.
- Desire to mentor and manage a small group of motivated individuals in addition to core lead generation associate responsibilities.
- Ability to work in teams to develop strategies and action plans, and to share results.
