Handling of DP, temperature and RH excursions during shift operation.

Monitoring of UPS and recording readings.

Preventive and breakdown maintenance of utilities.

Monitoring of Chiller, Secondary cooling system and Hot water system.

Monitoring of Air compressors, nitrogen generation system & cooling towers

Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Water plant equipment.

Rounds on the mezzanine floor for any abnormalities, such as duct leakage or water leakage, etc.

Facility maintenance such as light repair or replacement, water leakages, lift maintenance, etc.

Maintenance and monitoring of the ETP collection tank and transfer system.

STP Operation and maintenance.

Cleaning of Cooling towers and Solar panels.



ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE Attending electrical-related breakdowns on a routine basis.

Maintenance of the electrical panel room and periodic cleaning of electrical panels.

Monitoring and maintenance of UPS room and UPS system.

Co-ordination for power changeover for any maintenance activities.

Installation of replacement of lights.

Cable laying and termination for minor electrical modifications.

Support to Shift engineers for preventive maintenance.

Utility and water consumption monitoring. BMS SYSTEM MONITORING Continuous monitoring of the BMS system and reporting to shift operators for any excursion/abnormality.

Co-ordinating of area clearance for AHU or water plant preventive maintenance.

Recoding the excursions observed during BMS monitoring.
