Key Responsibilities1. Projection & Audio-Visual SystemsPerform daily testing and pre-show checks on digital projection systems, servers, and audio processors. Ingest movie content, ingest KDM licenses, and configure playlist schedules on projection servers. Monitor screen picture quality, lamp hours, laser status, and audio levels to maintain standard presentation quality. Resolve audio-visual glitches or technical show interruptions promptly.
- HVAC & Electrical MaintenanceExecute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on Air Handling Units (AHUs), chillers, VRF systems, and exhaust fans. Perform routine inspections of electrical panels, DB boards, DG sets, UPS systems, light fixtures, and emergency power backup setups. Monitor auditorium temperatures to ensure guest comfort across all screening halls. 3.

Facility & Safety OperationsMaintain plumbing, fire alarm systems, emergency exit lighting, and basic carpentry/door-hardware fixtures. Inspect circuit breakers, wiring, and general safety compliance to mitigate fire or operational hazards. Log machinery reading data, track equipment breakdowns, and report spare part requirements to the Engineering Executive / Manager.
