- Maintain Building Safety: Monitor and maintain building safety systems, including fire alarm panels, extinguishers, sprinklers, fire hydrant systems, and electrical systems, at defined frequencies.
- Daily Checks: Perform daily checks on UPS/batteries, safety equipment, and electrical systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Fire Extinguisher Maintenance: Refill fire extinguishers as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure they are in valuable working condition.
- MEP Services: Check and maintain all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services according to standards.
- Temperature Control: Check and maintain the temperature of all areas and equipment as per SOPs.
- Maintenance Tool Management: Ensure all maintenance tools are in good condition and easily accessible.
- Plumbing and Drainage:
Check and rectify leakage and blockage problems in drain and plumbing lines in washrooms and kitchen areas, and ensure all valves are in operational condition.
- Kitchen Equipment Maintenance: Check and maintain/rectify kitchen equipment to ensure they are in the best operational condition.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance on all electrical systems, safety equipment, HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, RO systems, furniture, and fixtures as per the Preventive Maintenance (PPM) chart.
- Vendor Identification: Support the supervisor in identifying local vendors related to Fire Safety, Electrical, Plumbing, and Civil works.
