Role Description The Electrical Maintenance Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based at our Mumbai facility. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems, machinery, and equipment used in GFRP rebar manufacturing, ensuring minimal downtime and safe operations. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine inspections, executing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing electrical faults, and coordinating repairs with production teams.

The engineer will update maintenance records, support continuous improvement initiatives,



and ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations. Collaboration with other engineering disciplines and vendors is expected to optimize equipment performance and support production targets. Qualifications

Robust skills in Electrical Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance for industrial equipment.

Competence in Electrical Engineering and practical understanding of Electricity principles in manufacturing environments.

Experience in Maintenance Engineering, including troubleshooting, repair, and reliability improvement of plant machinery.

Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.

Knowledge of safety standards, electrical codes, and best practices for on-site industrial operations.

Ability to interpret electrical schematics, use diagnostic tools, and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Prior experience in manufacturing or process industries;

experience with composites or rebar production is an advantage.
