About the Role
As an Electrical Engineer Intern, you will gain invaluable experience working alongside our innovative R&D; team. You will play a key role in supporting our fluidic system development, control circuit design, BOM generation, and automation initiatives. This opportunity will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of core mechatronics principles within a real-world industrial setting and a fast-paced development setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Component Selection Support: Assisting in the research and selection of pumps, valves, tubing,
and sensors based on application requirements.
Literature Survey: Researching relevant technologies and methodologies related to fluid handling and measurement systems.
Fluidic Platform Development Assistance: Supporting the team in the design, assembly, and testing of the fluidic platform, including tubing connections and valve integration.
Basic Circuit Design and Assembly: Assisting in the design and assembly of basic control circuits for pumps, valves, and sensors, under the guidance of senior engineers.
Documentation:
Contributing to the creation of technical documentation, including assembly instructions, test reports, and component specifications. Qualifications
BE or B.Tech in Electronics/ Mechanical /Instrumentation / Robotics / Mechatronics.
Required Skills Strong aptitude for R&D;, including problem formulation, data analysis, and interpretation.
Proven experience in designing/prototyping of automated control systems.
Solid understanding of electronic and fluidic circuits, and process control diagrams.
Proven experience in hardware design, assembly and testing
Proficiency in selecting electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical components.
Proficiency in creating schematics and layouts for PCBs.
Ability to interpret datasheets and technical documentation.
Proficiency in programming languages (C, Python, R).
Desired
Skills Experience with PCB design on KiCAD/Eagle/Ansys
Experience with CAD and rapid prototyping (3d printing, micro-milling)
