Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and execute all electrical works for high-rise residential and commercial building projects.

- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, electrical panels, cable trays, power distribution, lighting, UPS, earthing, and lightning protection systems.

- Coordinate with Civil, MEP, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of electrical works.

- Review electrical drawings, BOQs, SLDs, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

- Monitor subcontractors, manpower, material consumption, and site progress while maintaining quality and safety standards.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and statutory authorities for inspections, approvals, and successful project execution.

- Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and ensure adherence to project timelines.

- Identify and resolve technical issues while maintaining cost-effective execution.

Requirements

- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.





- Minimum 7+ years of core electrical engineering experience in high-rise residential and commercial building construction projects

.

- Solid technical knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, DG sets, power distribution, electrical panels, cable management, lighting systems, earthing, and lightning protection.

- Experience in electrical testing, commissioning, and handing over of building projects.

- Proficiency in

AutoCAD

, MS Office, and interpretation of electrical drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).

- Sound knowledge of relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and quality procedures.

- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills with the ability to manage site execution independently.

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience working with reputed building construction companies.

- Ability to independently manage electrical execution for large-scale residential, commercial, or institutional projects from inception to handover.
