Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in electrical design, industrial automation, simulation, and embedded control systems. You will be responsible for delivering practical training, developing curriculum modules, and mentoring students/professionals in core EEE software and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Instruction & Hands-on Training: Conduct interactive classroom and lab training sessions covering E-CAD, SCADA, MATLAB, and Embedded Systems.

Curriculum & Project Development: Design course materials, practical lab exercises, and real-world industrial projects for students.

System Simulation & Design: Demonstrate schematic design, PCB layout, control systems modeling, and industrial automation workflows.

Student Mentorship: Guide students through final-year projects, troubleshooting hardware/software bugs, and technical skill assessments.

Lab & Software Management:



Ensure software licenses, simulation tools, and hardware kits (microcontrollers, sensors, PLCs) are updated and operational.

Required Technical Skills

E-CAD (Electrical CAD):

Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or Altium Designer.

Robust understanding of single-line diagrams (SLD), panel design, control schematics, and wiring layouts.

SCADA & Industrial Automation:

Hands-on knowledge of SCADA software (e.g., Wonderware, Siemens WinCC, or Allen-Bradley).

Interfacing SCADA with PLCs, HMI systems, and industrial sensors.

MATLAB / Simulink

Proficiency in system simulation, power electronics modeling, signal processing, and control systems using Simulink.

Embedded Systems

Programming microcontrollers (PIC, AVR, ARM, ESP32, or Arduino) in C/C++.

Knowledge of communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN) and hardware-software integration.
