We build fully electric, autonomous-ready tractors and loaders from the ground up — not diesel chassis with a battery bolted on. Our BEAST 9696E is India's most powerful electric tractor. It runs on Bh.ai, our own drive-by-wire electrical + autonomy stack. 110 people, 12+ patents, machines already in the field.
We need someone to own the high-voltage architecture and the safety systems wrapped around it — for machines that dig, plough and lift in dust and mud, increasingly with nobody in the seat. HV power + off-road duty cycles + autonomy is where the genuinely hard problems live. That's the job. You can also send your resume at

HV architecture, end to end — pack integration, contactor and precharge topology, HV distribution, inverters, DC-DC, CCS2 charging, harness, shielding and grounding.
The safety chain — HVIL, insulation monitoring, fusing coordination, e-stop, protected torque off, redundancy, and safe-state behaviour when comms, sensors or controllers drop out mid-autonomous-run.
Proving it — HARA, FMEA, test benches, HiL, environmental and abuse testing, homologation evidence.
The field — root-cause real failures on real machines, and close the loop back into the design.
What you bring
4+ years designing HV systems for EVs, off-highway machinery or industrial drives — with hardware in production or in the field.
Real depth in HV safety: you can whiteboard the fault tree for a stuck-closed contactor cold.
Standards you apply, not recite — ISO 13849 / IEC 62061, ISO 25119 or ISO 19014, ISO 6469, ISO 13850, IEC 60664, IEC 60529.
CAN / J1939 fluency, and comfort with a scope, an insulation tester and an HV-safe workflow.
Schematic and harness design in Altium, E3, EPLAN or similar.
Hypothesis → experiment → data → change your mind. Ambiguity doesn't stall you.
