1. Repairs & Maintenance: (a)

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in equipment, machinery,

and systems.

(b)

Perform preventive maintenance to ensure electrical systems operate efficiently and safely duly following electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards in all repair and maintenance tasks.

(c)

Conduct routine maintenance checks on cranes including inspection of crane components such as hoists, hooks, ropes, and controls for signs of wear or damage to ensure proper functionality.

(d)

Periodical lubrication and repair or replace defective crane parts as needed to minimize downtime.

(e)

Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks on diesel generator

(DG) sets including checking of fuel levels, coolant, oil, and battery condition to ensure proper operation.

(f)

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues in DG sets.

Inspect uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units for signs of wear,

corrosion, or malfunction and test UPS batteries and replace them when necessary to maintain backup power capacity. Periodical calibration and troubleshooting will also be a major part of the maintenance

Qualifications

Relevant 3-5 years of experience in this field, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, including knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, and power distribution.
