- Extensive experience as Guidewire Senior BA with Insurance domain knowledge
- Australia Motor product experience will be added advantage and Rating / Billing Center is mandatory
- Hands-on experience in elicitation, documentation, and analysis of complex business requirements / user stories for Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and ClaimCenter
- Ability to work with client stakeholders
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Guidewire Analyst Certification (Preffered)

**Job Title : EIS BA Location: Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai

Experience : 12+ yrs** : Years Of Experience 8-12 years of experience in business analysis with at least 3 years focused on insurance technology projects involving EIS or similar platforms. Key Responsibilities :

- Gather,



analyze, and document business requirements for EIS implementations across policy, billing, and claims domains.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure explicit understanding and feasibility of requirements.
- Support solution design workshops, process modeling, and gap analysis.
- Facilitate UAT planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business expectations.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong knowledge of insurance business processes and EIS product functionalities.
- Experience with requirement gathering techniques, process mapping, and documentation tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
