Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed Graduate / Post-Graduate degree / BBA/MBA (Marketing / Data Management / Finance), B.Tech / M.Tech, MS, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or any relevant degree in Mathematics, Economics, or consulting-related fields

Strong academic background with an interest in analytics, consulting, or real estate

Experience Required

0–1 year of experience (internship or academic project experience acceptable)

Basic understanding of marketing, data analytics, and finance concepts

Exposure to MS Excel and PowerPoint through coursework, internships, or projects

Interest in real estate / consulting is preferred but not mandatory

Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data through academic work or projects

Competencies

Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Good written and verbal communication skills

Basic analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team workplace

Interest in data management and analytics

Exposure to Power BI or data visualization tools would be an added advantage

Job Summary The intern will support the Client Solutions team in executing assignments, conducting research,



and assisting with data analysis, while gaining hands-on experience in real estate consulting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Support data collection, validation, and basic analysis for ongoing projects

Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and ensure timely updates

Work with datasets to organize, clean, and maintain databases

Support the team in preparing periodic trackers and reports (monthly / quarterly)

Help in collecting and organizing data on clients, competitors, and market activity

Assist in maintaining and updating client databases and portfolio information

Support the creation of dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or other tools (if applicable)

Assist in identifying data gaps and supporting process improvements

Participate in ongoing initiatives such as data centralization, reporting enhancements, and analytics development

Provide general support to the team on research, analysis, and documentation as required

Learning Outcomes

Gain exposure to commercial real estate market analytics

Develop strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills

Understand client management, business tracking, and consulting workflows
