Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements
- Conduct safety inspections and audits
- Monitor PPE compliance and protected work practices
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
- Manage Permit to Work (PTW) activities.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification.
- Support emergency response and mock drills.
- Maintain safety records and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Diploma or B. Tech in Engineering
- NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory)
- ADIS Certification
Industry Preferred:
Manufacturing / Metals / Recycling / Chemical Industry
Additional Skills
- Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and statutory compliance
- Experience in PTW system, risk assessment, and incident investigation
- Good communication and training skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety reporting.
