- Reach out to prospective candidates through calls and explain available program options.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend relevant courses.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Manage and update candidate records and sales data.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Follow the complete sales process from lead generation to enrollment.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize business growth and conversions.
