We are currently looking to hire a Senior Academic Counsellor to manage our admissions and counselling process.

Job Title: Senior Academic Counsellor

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Student Advising: Conduct individual/group sessions on academic planning, curriculum requirements, and career opportunities.
- Academic Monitoring: Track student performance, identify at-risk individuals, and develop academic improvement plans.
- Admissions & Guidance: Assist with university applications, course selection, and orientation for new students.
- Support & Resources: Provide study skill workshops, time management training, and counseling on educational barriers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date academic records and database information.
- Collaboration: Work with faculty, staff, and parents to support holistic student devel




- Handle student and parent enquiries regarding courses
- Provide counselling and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain and manage leads through CRM
- Regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents
- Support the overall admissions process and achieve monthly targets

Candidate Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Education / EdTech sales
- Experience as an Academic Counsellor / Admission Counsellor
- Experience handling CRM and lead management
- Strong communication and counselling skills

Salary Range

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
