About the Role The Education Anchor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering the Community Health Worker (CHW) Training Program. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality classroom learning, practical exposure, trainee mentoring, and successful implementation of training programs aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate CHW training batches, faculty schedules, and training calendars.

Deliver engaging classroom training sessions, assessments, and mentor trainees throughout the program.

Develop and update training content, manuals, presentations, and learning materials.

Coordinate practical learning, internships, and field exposure with Vision Centres and healthcare facilities.

Organize exposure visits to hospitals, Vision Centres, healthcare institutions, and community outreach programs.

Monitor trainee attendance, assessments, certifications, and maintain accurate MIS and training records.

Coordinate with partner organizations,



academic institutions, and other stakeholders for training and capacity-building initiatives.

Support donor and partner visits.

Work closely with HR, Operations, Program Managers, and regional teams to ensure smooth execution of training activities.

Eligibility

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Education, Social Work, Life Sciences, or a related field.

✔ 3–5 years of experience in Training, Education, Healthcare, or Public Health programs.

Travel Requirement

? Regular field visits are part of this role. Candidates should be willing to travel across Delhi/NCR. Own vehicle is preferred, but candidates without a personal vehicle must be comfortable using public transportation for official field visits.
