About the Role The Education Anchor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering the Community Health Worker (CHW) Training Program. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality classroom learning, practical exposure, trainee mentoring, and successful implementation of training programs aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate CHW training batches, faculty schedules, and training calendars.
- Deliver engaging classroom training sessions, assessments, and mentor trainees throughout the program.
- Develop and update training content, manuals, presentations, and learning materials.
- Coordinate practical learning, internships, and field exposure with Vision Centres and healthcare facilities.
- Organize exposure visits to hospitals, Vision Centres, healthcare institutions, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor trainee attendance, assessments, certifications, and maintain accurate MIS and training records.
- Coordinate with partner organizations,



academic institutions, and other stakeholders for training and capacity-building initiatives.
- Support donor and partner visits.
- Work closely with HR, Operations, Program Managers, and regional teams to ensure smooth execution of training activities.

Eligibility ✔ Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Education, Social Work, Life Sciences , or a related field.

✔ 3–5 years of experience in Training, Education, Healthcare, or Public Health programs.
