Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and clients regarding Study Abroad, Visitor Visas, Work Permits, Immigration, and Permanent Residence (PR) services.

Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in clients.

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.

Follow up regularly with enquiries and maintain strong client relationships.

Guide clients through the complete admission and visa application process.

Explain eligibility, documentation, universities, courses, visa requirements, and immigration pathways.

Assist clients for destinations including Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, France, Malta, Singapore, Dubai (UAE), and other international destinations.

Coordinate with universities, partners,



and internal teams for smooth application processing.

Maintain accurate client records and update CRM on a daily basis.

Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory).

Strong counselling, sales, and customer relationship skills.

Ability to convince and guide clients professionally.

Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM, WhatsApp Business).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in education consultancy, immigration, admissions, or sales will be preferred.
