Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Editor role based in Jaipur. The Editor will review, revise, and refine educational content for pre-primary and primary learners to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to publishing standards. Day-to-day tasks include editing manuscripts, coordinating with writers and designers, checking layouts and proofs, and ensuring consistency in tone, style, and formatting across publications.

The role also involves collaborating with the editorial and product teams to maintain quality, meet deadlines,



and support the development of new learning materials.

Qualifications

Strong skills in proofreading, copyediting, and reviewing educational content for grammar, style, and accuracy.

Ability to collaborate with authors, subject matter experts, and designers to refine and finalize manuscripts.

Experience working with style guides and editorial standards, especially for educational or children’s content.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization.

Comfort working with publishing tools and basic layout or formatting software.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Communications, or a related field;

experience in school publishing or educational content is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, and meet publishing deadlines.
