Remote-first | India time zone The opportunity The Indian LegalTech Network (ILTN) is looking for an operator-builder to help turn one of India's most credible legal-innovation networks into a more structured, sustainable and influential platform.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can move between detailed execution and bigger-picture thinking. You will own the recurring work that keeps ILTN moving—programmes, speakers, partners, communications, follow-ups and internal systems—while helping us build stronger partnerships and original market intelligence.

During the first three months, most of your time will go into taking routine operations out of the founder's head and inbox. As those systems become reliable, the role will expand further into partnerships and research.

This is not a conventional community-management role. We are looking for someone who wants to help build ILTN's next chapter, not simply maintain a calendar of activities.

What you will own

- Run ILTN's operating rhythm: calendars, trackers, priorities, meetings and follow-through.
- Coordinate programmes end to end, including speakers, invitations, venues, registrations and participant communication.
- Build reusable systems and playbooks so recurring work becomes easier to execute and delegate.
- Map and develop relationships with law firms, legal teams, technology companies, universities, skilled bodies and international networks.
- Turn ecosystem conversations into partnership ideas, research questions and useful programmes.
- Conduct interviews and focused research, then produce concise, evidence-led insight briefs.
- Maintain reliable member, partner and programme records.
- Surface problems early, recommend next steps and close operational loops without repeated reminders.

Who we are looking for You may have worked in a founder's office, startup operations, professional services, an accelerator, an industry network, research, partnerships, legal operations, legaltech, fintech, regtech or enterprise technology.





Your exact background matters less than evidence that you can build.

You are likely to do well if you:

- Create structure from ambiguity and take ownership without waiting for perfect instructions.
- Are equally willing to think through a market question and chase an overdue speaker confirmation.
- Write clearly, think critically and follow through consistently.
- Can engage credibly with senior professionals, founders, students and technology teams.
- Are genuinely curious about legaltech or adjacent regulated and skilled markets.
- Understand that good operations are the foundation for credible partnerships and research.
- Can talk honestly about what did not work, what you misunderstood and what you changed.

A law degree and previous legaltech experience are not required.

Working arrangement

- Remote-first: You may be based anywhere in India.
- Time zone: You must be able to work reliably in the Indian time zone and join occasional evening programmes.
- Travel: Limited travel for selected in-person programmes may be required with advance notice.
- Commitment: Approximately 20-25 hours per week, flexed around programme requirements.
- Term: Six months initially, with a review after three months.

For the right person, the role can develop into a broader leadership position as ILTN grows.
