? Key Responsibilities
- Process daily customer orders efficiently across multiple sales channels.
- Manage Amazon FBA and Amazon FBM order processing and shipment coordination.
- Handle day-to-day shipment processing and tracking.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings/catalogs on ecommerce marketplaces.
- Manage website orders through Shopify , including order fulfillment and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
- Monitor order status, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records.
✅ Requirements
- Experience in ecommerce operations.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (FBA & FBM).
- Experience with product catalog management and listing creation.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify order management.
- Good understanding of inventory and shipment processes.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office tools.
