We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our UK e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving online sales, managing commercial budgets, leading high-performing teams, and owning the overall brand strategy.

This role requires an individual with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , strong commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall e-commerce strategy and operations for the UK market.
- Own the commercial performance, revenue targets, budgets, and profitability of the online business.
- Take complete ownership of the brand, ensuring a consistent customer experience across all digital channels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing e-commerce team while driving a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, website metrics, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and online merchandising plans.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement and innovation.




- Present business performance, commercial updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Commerce, or Online Retail.
- Demonstrated experience managing commercial budgets, P&L;, and revenue growth .
- Strong experience in people leadership , coaching, and performance management.
- Experience with brand ownership and developing customer-centric growth strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with confidence in interacting with UK-based stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Robust analytical, commercial, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Magento, WooCommerce , or similar platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
