E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Manager – EcoNama About EcoNama EcoNama, a division of Saffron Speciality Papers Ltd. (SSPL), is one of India’s fastest-growing sustainable stationery brands. We manufacture eco-friendly notebooks, copier paper, journals, and school stationery while partnering with leading licensed brands and modern retail channels. We are looking for a highly driven E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Manager to own and scale our online business across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end business on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, JioMart and other online marketplaces.

Drive sales growth, profitability and category expansion across all online channels.

Handle complete product catalogue management including listings, SEO, images, A+ content and pricing updates.

Plan and execute promotions, platform campaigns, sponsored ads and visibility initiatives.

Work closely with platform Key Account Managers (KAMs) to secure better visibility, campaigns and business opportunities.

Monitor inventory planning and coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse and dispatch teams to maintain healthy stock levels and avoid stock-outs.

Analyse sales performance, ROAS, conversion rates, search rankings and customer behaviour to drive continuous improvements.

Manage marketplace operations including order processing, returns, claims, reimbursements and customer ratings.

Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for product launches, banners, videos and promotional creatives.

Track competitor pricing, assortment and market trends to identify growth opportunities.





Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports, sales dashboards and business reviews for management.

Ensure marketplace compliance, catalogue health and operational excellence across all channels.

Desired Candidate

Profile 3–6 years of experience in E-Commerce and Quick Commerce.

Hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart and at least one of Blinkit, Zepto or Swiggy Instamart.

Strong understanding of marketplace advertising, pricing strategy, catalogue optimisation and online merchandising.

Excellent analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.

Experience working with inventory planning, demand forecasting and order fulfilment.

Robust negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.

Experience in FMCG, stationery, consumer products or D2C brands will be preferred.
