Role Description The Ecommerce Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. This role involves managing online product listings, monitoring marketplace performance, and ensuring accurate pricing, inventory, and promotions across ecommerce platforms. The individual will handle account management activities, coordinate with sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns, and analyze sales data to guide strategy and improve revenue.

Daily responsibilities include tracking KPIs, preparing performance reports, resolving operational and customer issues related to online channels,



and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance overall ecommerce performance. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with marketplace partners and supporting team members in achieving sales targets.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and support decision-making.

Candidates should possess Account Management skills to oversee marketplace accounts, maintain listings, and coordinate with external partners.

Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, support sales strategies, and meet targets.

Candidates should possess Team Management skills to coordinate activities, support colleagues, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Relevant experience in ecommerce, retail, or online marketplaces is beneficial.

Solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are preferred.

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
