The Ecommerce & Digital Growth Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bicholim, Goa, responsible for driving online sales and brand growth across digital channels for Borécha, Maka Di, and Super Maka. This role owns our Shopify and Shopflo ecommerce infrastructure end-to-end — product listings, promotions, checkout experience, and site performance — and acts as the primary point of coordination with external web development and design vendors on builds, fixes, and new brand sites. Beyond the website, the manager plans and executes paid digital campaigns driving traffic and conversion, analyzes performance data to refine strategy and pricing, and supports influencer and creator marketing campaigns from briefing through content tracking.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with marketing, sales, supply chain, and design teams; managing digital advertising and social commerce initiatives; and ensuring a consistent brand experience across our Shopify site, marketplaces, D2C channels, and partner platforms (Akasa Air, Lulu Group, Taj, Grand Hyatt, ITC, and others). The role also leads projects testing new growth tactics and supports new product and market launches, including our expansion into Canada and the US. Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Shopify (theme/app management, product/collection setup)



required; Shopflo or similar checkout tools a plus

Experience coordinating external web development/design vendors — you don't need to code, but you need to define and verify scope

Exposure to influencer/creator marketing campaign management

Strong analytical skills and experience working with analytics tools to interpret data and optimize digital performance.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights, plans, and results clearly.

Sales-oriented mindset with experience in e-commerce or digital sales, focusing on revenue growth and customer retention.

Project management skills to plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives across platforms and stakeholders.

Experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and D2C websites, including catalog management and campaign execution.

Knowledge of digital marketing tactics such as paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social commerce is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; relevant certifications or coursework in digital growth or e-commerce are a plus.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
