Assistant to Director with a hospitality background. Freshers are most welcome, especially candidates who have completed their Industrial Training or OJT in a hotel or resort.

This is a Learn & Earn opportunity where the selected candidate will work closely with the Director and all Department Heads, gaining direct exposure to hotel operations, business coordination, projects, reporting, leadership, and decision-making.

Candidate Profile

Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management

Industrial Training or OJT completed

Freshers are welcome

Good communication and coordination skills

Robust knowledge of MS Office

Willingness to travel across company locations

Passionate about building a long-term career in hospitality operations
