About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Intern to support our online marketplace operations. The intern will primarily manage inventory data, product listings, catalog updates, and coordination across e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate and timely product availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain inventory data across e-commerce platforms and internal systems.

- Create, update, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and categories.

- Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory updates to avoid stock mismatches or overselling.

- Perform regular audits of product catalogs and inventory records for accuracy.

- Upload new SKUs and ensure all listing information is complete and marketplace compliant.

- Coordinate with operations/design/content teams for product data and creatives.

- Track listing performance and identify issues related to visibility, missing attributes, or suppressed listings.

- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers and generate basic operational reports.

- Assist in marketplace operations for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.

- Support day-to-day e-commerce operational tasks as required.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.





- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and product catalog management.

- Ability to handle repetitive operational tasks efficiently.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Quick learner with strong organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Operations, or related fields.

- Prior internship/project experience in e-commerce or operations is a plus.

- Familiarity with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or inventory software is preferred.

Working Hours

- 6 days working

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
