Job Type: Full-Time | On-site/Work from Office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Sat off, all working Sat Halfday)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are a growing e-commerce management agency looking for an Ecommerce Executive to handle end-to-end seller account operations for our clients. You will be trained to do listings, catalog management, inventory, account health etc. Freshers with a strong willingness to learn can apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of client's Marketplace Accounts.
- Create, optimize, and update product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, backend keywords)
- Monitor and maintain account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance
- Handle inventory planning, stock updates, and FBA shipment coordination
- Manage customer queries, reviews, returns, and A-to-z claims
- Troubleshoot listing issues, suppressed listings, and account flags




- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth account operations
- Stay updated on Amazon policies, category approvals, and platform changes

Requirements

- Candidate must have their own laptop
- Full-time availability, 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Immediate joiners only
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of e-commerce/Amazon platform preferred (not mandatory for freshers)
- Freshers with strong analytical and learning ability are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in Amazon account management, e-commerce, or online seller operations is a plus for experienced candidates
